Steatocystomas

The Steatocystomas being worked on in this Dr. Derm video look like mini eggs. Dr. Derm manages to make them come out whole which is very hard to do. I wonder what causes so many cysts to appear on the body like this? Dr. Derm does an amazing job removing cysts as well as being good to his patients.
