This video by Dr. Sandra Lee aka Dr. Pimple Popper was going to call this video “Big Back Blackheads”, but she explains why she changed it in the beginning of the video. This video features a lot of blackheads on the back of a patient, and Dr. Pimple Popper uses her traditional blackhead tool to extract them.

Jesus wept; reruns of past Dr. Lee butchery. It’s patently obvious she’d be much more successful (and humane) by expelling the zit contents with her fingers rather than causing tissue damage with her stupid metal tool.
