Squeezing Pimples and Blackheads

While this kind of looks like it’s just random squeezes on the face, and it kind of is, we do see a lot of pus come out of these pimples and blackheads. It says cystic acne in the title, but I didn’t see a lot of cysts. More often, it was the smaller pimples and blackheads that they were working on.
