This is what’s called an Umbilicolith (“Navel stones,” “umboliths,” or “omphaloliths”).
This is accumulation of dead skin and dirt in the belly button. It’s gross! A navel stone has to smell really bad. This video made me want to vomit my breakfast. Watch as the navel stone is removed from this patient:
