Bad Skin with Pus

Look at all that pus! How does someone let their skin get this bad without picking at it themselves? I would not be able to wait to see a doctor, I would want to attack the bumps and clogged pores on my face if this were me. This patient has a face full of milia, blackheads, whiteheads and pimples.
