Dr. Lalit Kasana is great with the blackhead popping tools. He uses the thick popping tool which really gets in there and gets all the blackhead material out. I would like to see how he prepares the skin prior to blackhead extractions. Maybe he steams the face first so that the pores will open up.
Fingers work better than that loop every time.
