A million little blackheads

There are so many blackheads on this poor patient’s face, it’s almost unbelievable!
It’s not too much for Loan Nguyen however, who tackles the situation with ease.

The big lumpy bumps are my favorite. I wish we could see more of the contents inside the pimples and blackheads, but I think YouTube has strict rules against blood now.
