Dr. Pimple Popper, what’s a wet pepper?

Dr. Sandra Lee aka Dr. Pimple Popper tackles a “wet pepper” which we find out is a non cancerous Epidermoid cyst. This one is under the skin. You won’t believe how much is buried in there. I wonder why she didn’t use her hole punching device on this one.
