I know the title says “Giant Blackhead” but the contents make this look more like a cyst or pimple. Even though it’s not a Blackhead, there is still some satisfying cheese coming out. Of course they are probably spreading staph by using ungloved hands and dirty fingernails. Hopefully one day people will learn.
