Man no matter how hard i try i can not tyr and pop those big cystic one on the back of my neck. THey just feel like there has to be somehting in there, but you squeeze and noting. Just irrates it and it gets bigger. Take it from me, stop squeezing them big ones!! ugh!!!

Oh, I know.  My friend had one of those on his legs and he finally squeezed as hard as he could.   A lot of junk came out of it and actually made him feel like passing out, seriously.  He still has a little "crater" there!

Yeah I guess squeezing them makes it bigger especially if it is not yet the right time. If it still looks reddish do not squeeze them yet. Wait until a yellowish color will appear in the center.

I agree.  They are not malleable.  Squeezing just irritates them.

The only way you'll kill one of those babies is by lancing it somehow first. I get them on my neck too, and try and use a sterile blade of some kind to open it up. Then it comes right out.

Otherwise they stick around for WEEKS.

Really? I get these alot. Im always afraid to try and cut in. Would love to see one come out. Who knows maybe a new home video is in store!
