Some people just can't seem to get rid of acne, no matter what they try.

Unfortunately, most acne is caused by hormone fluctuations that we all go through during puberty. In some cases, though, it lasts a lot longer.

PE has a good idea in trying to eliminate some foods that tend to bring on acne attacks in some people. It's worth a shot.

And there are those, even though it's not supposed to be true, who find that chocolate aggravates acne, so try and avoid that, too.
