There is a book that distinguishes the psychsomatic implcations of differnt ailments.  It says that acne is related to repressed anger and self-loathing.  Are you willing to see if it applies to you?  If I am really strait with my humanity it applies to me.

Hmm i guess i can see that,like ive said before on here its the times im stressed and down when i get breakouts!
