Yo so check it out:

Messing with your skin can irritate it and cause zits. So what I recommend is not washing your face if you have a zit, or just lightly using a washcloth.

Rough rubbbing causes problems.

I've found not messing with the skin too much works to stabilize it and to drink lots of water is to keep the body's moisture up.

I agree with your statement. Rubbing too much on the face can irritate our skin. You must use only soft cloth and just damp smoothly unto your face.

Yeah, this definitely works. The more you wash your face the more your face has to over produce oil to try and keep up with the over cleansing. I wash with a very neutral wash, Cetaphil, every-other day in the shower. But all the other days warm water is all I use.
