Although it doesn't cure, I am convinced that a good diet does help with acne.  Eating healthy foods will help you to be healthy all over.  And drinking water rather than a lot of other carbonated drinks does help to keep a lot of "toxins" flushed from your body.

Yeah i def notice when im eating clean my skin is clearer. When I binge and eat junk i break out. It could also coincide with stress. Since I eat junk when im stressed out.

I agree.  A good diet really does help.  Whenever I breakout, I drink nothing but water, and stay off the junk foods.  Usually after I do that, my pimples don't last very long.

Well that's good to know, i didn't think that some foods were a cause for the way pimples come up.
So is there any recommendation for what types of food should be eaten at this time?

Good diet is not just one good way of preventing acne. Having enough sleep also helps I think. I remembered when I got no enough sleep for about 3 days I got a pimple on my forehead.

One time I tried this yeast reducing diet.  Basically, I did not each any sugars or starches.  I ate meats and mostly vegetables and some fruits (technically- tomatoes, zucchini).  My skin looked great.

I also tried the master cleanse or the lemonaide diet.  One of the side effects is that, again, my skin looked great!
